The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. After that point, we begin processing for shipment, and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
If the order has already shipped, you will need to wait until delivery and follow our return process to be eligible for a refund.

Returns (After Delivery)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The goods must be in their original condition and packaging, exactly as received
- The goods are unused, unmounted, and with all adhesive protection layers intact (e.g., tape backing must not be peeled)
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
- Adhesive & Mounting: High-strength double-sided tape may damage surface finishes, paint, or underlying materials (e.g. doors, cabinets) upon removal. We are not responsible or liable for any such damage, and these issues are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty coverage.
- Mounting Disclaimer: For secure attachment, clean and dry the mounting surface (e.g. with isopropyl alcohol) and avoid oily or dusty areas. We are not responsible for product failure or damage due to improper surface preparation, and such issues are not eligible for return, refund, or damage coverage.
- Audio Variations: By purchasing, you acknowledge that each chime’s melody and volume may differ slightly from our promotional videos due to recording equipment, speaker/headphone characteristics, room acoustics, and usage angle. These natural variations are not defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Color Variations: By purchasing, you acknowledge that product color may vary slightly from images on our site due to differences in screen display settings, lighting during photography, and device color calibration. Minor color deviations are not defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Variant Selection Disclaimer: Please ensure you select the correct chime variant before purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect variant orders, and products opened, installed, or altered from their original state are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Distance Disclaimer: To avoid damage during door movement, the chime must be installed at least 8 cm (3.15 in) away from the door frame. Installing the product closer than this distance may cause it to strike the frame when the door is opened, closed, or shaken. We are not responsible or liable for any damage resulting from incorrect placement. Such issues are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty coverage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items may not be eligible for return unless required by law (e.g., defective or damaged). Please refer to your country’s consumer rights or contact our team for clarification.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the shipping cost (unless the item is defective or damaged) and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:
- Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Email us at support@calmchords.com, and we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Unapproved returns may be rejected.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@calmchords.com.
European Union Refund Policy: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without explanation. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
